Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Human Resource Associate to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, managing compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and data-driven. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with HRIS, and experienced in payroll-related computations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee records using HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system encoding and documentation

  • Assist in the computation, administration, and monitoring of employee compensation and benefits

  • Ensure accurate processing of statutory benefits and government-mandated contributions

  • Generate HR reports from HRIS to support payroll, audits, and management decisions

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR records

  • Support performance evaluation and salary adjustment documentation

  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls

  • Coordinate training, employee relations, and HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 2–3 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to HRIS and payroll-related processes

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including computations

  • Familiarity with labor laws, statutory benefits, and compliance requirements

  • High attention to detail and strong data management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS platforms

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
